What inspires us
To create a better world for all in the long run, we must start with educating and empowering the next generation, in particular, those belonging to minority groups residing in developing countries.
Each minority group faces the steepest battles, most coming from incumbent issues. These core issues must be mitigated to allow for the future generation to prosper, and in fact they may hold the key to its resolution. This is the first step where resources need to be deployed, primarily on a project basis. An individual, aware of these incumbent issues, will think and problem solve based on their innate talents and passion. Within diversity comes strength. Continuing to foster and promote different ways of thinking will lead to innovation – this is where resources need to be deployed.
The world still has many minority groups which could leverage on these dynamic teams to make positive changes. These circles will start coming together and lay the path for improved connectivity amongst all. In the end, a world which is more connected, one without walls, is one where individuals and teams can build a sustainable future for all.
